It has over 4 million users benefitting from its CRM services.

Act CRM Features and Plans

The entire package of Act Growth Suite is made for the three main utilities, viz., CRM, Marketing Automation, and Support features. They also offer a self-hosted CRM solution. The Act hosted plans fall in three categories, i.e., Starter, Professional, Premier, and Ultimate, which are priced at $25, 37.50, 67.50, and $150, respectively.

In the Starter Plan, the key access to basic CRM, email marketing, and 10k emails/month are supported. Under the basic CRM, users get access to simple customer management tools, group filters, and custom fields. Users can add tasks and activity management, try opportunity tracking, and manage sales process and engagement. The Email Marketing features here include essential marketing, 170+ templates, interactive editor, and email tracking with metrics. Overall, this pack is fundamental for CRM and Email Marketing and lacks many essential support features too.

Under the Professional Plan, it adds account management, dynamic groups/filters, sales pipeline management, and advanced analytics and integrations. It has added Marketing Automations, that provides turnkey campaigns, HTML editor, landing pages, surveys, drip marketing, and workflow designer. Users can do social sharing as well as send up to 25k emails per month.

Under the Premium sub, some of the features of marketing automation are enhanced like nurture marketing, asset tracking, lead captures/management/scoring, event marketing, and site activity tracking. Here, the per month email limit is 50k. Likewise, the Ultimate Act Plan has additional tools in the Premier Plan. It adds progressive profiling, A/B testing, and deliverability/onboarding sessions.

Comparatively, the self-hosted Act CRM costs about $30 with fully-featured CRM. Teams can add a marketing automation tool as an add-on with premium support.
