Attendance on Demand is a service that helps companies to track their employees and automate their labor-management workflow.
Time tracking for employees
Attendance on Demand has an intuitive mobile app that can track employee work times according to the regulations set by the employer. Their ESS Mobile app runs on Android and iOS, allows different options to users based on permissions set-up by their employer.
The data used to set restrictions are accessed from Attendance on Demand server, which is fed into the system by the employer and lets users select options based on that data.
Request day-offs and time cards
Employees can request for a partial day off, full-day, or multiple days to the employer and can view the status of the application from the app itself. The app notifies upon granting the request or, if declined – shows the reason for that to the employee.
It is possible to get time cards approved via the app. Users can enter missed punches if allowed by the employers, but restriction features like accidental double punching, early punch-in, and punch-out are also present within the app.
Feedback to employer
